We just got back from a great week in Hilton Head. Every other year we take a family vacation with my parents, sisters, spouses and children. It was 12 of us in total and we had too much fun. We spent the week lounging by the pool or playing on the beach. My brother in law Nathan was gracious enough to use his grill master skills to keep us all fed. The kids were in heaven playing in the water all day and getting lots of attention doing it.The 14 hour car ride there was pretty good, a little tougher on the way back but the kids did really well. The best story of the week happened on our way home. We stopped at the Mountain View Truck Stop for gas and a bathroom break. Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom and a line was forming fast. Macy and my Mom went in first. As they came out Macy ran right up to me and yelled, "Mommy, it's kind of funky in there!" I thought I was going to fall over! We were all howling after that, even some stranger who was waiting in line! By the way, she was right!!
